Our services include rebar detailing and estimating where we work directly with contractors, installers and engineers.. Building Information Modelling (BIM)
BDS VirCon is a virtual construction company where BIM processes are a vital part of our construction projects. BIM is a virtual model of a structure which shows the phyisical characteristics of a building. BIM are designed by engineers, architects and surveyors before being handed over to the contractors. BDS VirCon are BIM experts, we invest in the latest technology to consistently be industry leaders in virtual construction.

Our services include rebar detailing and estimating, which is based in Phoenix, Arizona. The detailing is done either with Micro Station / ASA for 2D and with Tekla Structures for 3D.
Bar lists and shop drawings can be emailed or placed on an FTP site created specifically for your company by BDS VirCon. In addition we are offer in-country phone or field support for all our US projects.
Our project managers are experienced in rebar installation and familiar construction practices and constructability issues that arise on site. We are able to work directly with contractors, installers and engineers if required.

The leadership team in the Rebar operations comprises of highly experienced individuals, they all have over 20 years of experience each, having managed and supervised numerous projects. This experience and expertise is critical to the divisions strong growth and success.
Sandeep Mathur, Head of Rebar
Sandeep has over 20 years' experience in the construction industry since commencing his career as a structural engineer in New York. Previously he was at Gerdau where he was the Regional Engineering Manager. Sandeep is a certified Leeds Engineer, Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer. He has a Masters of Engineering from Cornell University and a MBA from Pace University
Joe Chavalier- Manager Operations
Joe has 37 years’ experience in rebar detailing and project management with both large and small fabricators. He has handled virtually all types and sizes of construction projects. His involvement in the industry has included serving on the CRSI detailing committee, and playing a crucial role in developing and administering a Nuclear QA program for a major Midwest fabricator.
