British Gypsum – East Leake

Project Summary

Expansion to British Gypsum operation consisted of the Mill Building, Conveyors, Warehouse and Homogeniser Buildings in total approx 2,000 ton. BDS was required to provide the durbar floor plate, detailed in panels with service penetrations, corner notches & lifting holes along with the NC files to enable accurate manufacture and installations.

The R&D team created macros to advance the detailing into a single operation for each panel.
